Conditions for Use
Agreement - The data files obtained from this site are not the official government records of the City of Lincoln or Lancaster County Nebraska, and the user shall not make any representation otherwise. The user by this agreement acquires the use of the data files in strict compliance with the following terms and conditions:

  1. No Warranties - The data files are provided only in certain formats and "as is" without any warranty of any kind, including any warranty of compatibility with any software or computer operating system platform, fitness for a particular purpose, or merchantability, whether express or implied. The data files may contain defects, errors or omissions including those that may render the data files incorrect, incomplete or misleading. The City and County are not liable for such defects, errors or omissions or for any special, incidental, consequential, indirect, punitive or other damages including damages for lost profits or data or for business interruption as a result thereof.

  2. Hold Harmless - The user shall hold harmless, indemnify and defend the City of Lincoln and Lancaster County Nebraska and their agents, officers, or employees from and against all losses, claims, demands, actions, payments or suits against the City or County arising out of the request for or use of the data files herein.
